Former Nfl Star Terrell Owens Dies in an Accident After Being Hit by a Car

Former NFL wide receiver and Pro Football Hall of Famer Terrell Owens narrowly escaped injury after an argument escalated into a startling incident in Calabasas, California. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, a verbal dispute erupted between Owens and an unnamed individual following a pickup basketball game. The altercation took a troubling turn when the individual drove a vehicle directly at Owens, striking him on the knee before fleeing the scene.

Fortunately, Owens did not sustain any significant injuries and did not require medical attention, as confirmed by Sheriff’s Sgt. Maria Navarro. Despite the seriousness of the situation, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident, although authorities are pursuing an investigation.

In response to the incident, Owens took to Instagram to share a video of himself playing basketball, with a caption suggesting his determination to protect himself. Representatives for Owens have not provided additional information or comments on the matter.

Known for his exceptional skills on the field, Owens has also been remembered for his memorable on-field celebrations, including his controversial midfield celebrations on the Dallas Cowboys logo. Despite not having played in the NFL since 2010, Owens expressed his readiness to return to the league in 2022 following the departure of receiver Antonio Brown from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
