Procedural Underwater Lab In Rust – Explained

With the latest update, you will find fully procedural dungeons that are present on the ocean floor. These are nothing but underwater labs that come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Right now, they come with two entry points.

Players can enter an underwater lab through a ‘moonpool’ in which they can re-surface with a submarine. Once you reach that point be prepared to solve the various puzzles that lie ahead.

The underwater labs in Rust have a wide network of CCTV cameras. These cameras can be used to plan your underwater expeditions in advance. The new and improved player map will also let you see the layout of the base for each floor of the lab.

Apart from that, you can find microphones in some rooms of the underwater lab. Using them, you can broadcast your commands into the entire base’s network. One can also find ammo crates and loot lying around the underwater lab in Rust.

Those players who like to take risks can visit the occasional mess hall room to play some high-stakes poker. Apart from that you can also listen to music with your group and cook some meat in the hall area to relax between the fights with the NPCs that are dwelling in the corridors.

And that’s it; this is all you needed to know about the procedural labs. As you progress and explore the lab, you’d be able to utilise the base properly.
